Real property and construction law

The department for real estate handles all cases that are related to real estate. The department's goal is to be an active advisor/partner for developers of residential and business properties in Norway. An important part of our work is property evaluations, expropriation and preservation. In addition, the department works with a number of different questions like:

• Deficiencies related to the sale of real property (the Norwegian Sale of Real Property Act)
• Buying and selling of real property
• "Odel," ( questions related to the particular Norwegian family property right)
• Long term ground leases (relating to the particular Norwegian "Festeloven")
• Servitudes
• Commercial leases
• Other contracts related to real property
• Dispute resolution/ procedure related to real property
