Private client practise
The department for civil law covers a number of areas within
civil law. Within the legal area of damages, we cooperate with
organizations specializing in road traffic injuries which provide
access to a variety of cases in this particular area. On a regular
basis, our lawyers litigate cases involving damages in court, still
most cases are solved amicably with the responsible party's
insurance company.
Within family law, the main issues are inheritance/ administration
of estates. The group's lawyers are often appointed estate trustees
in estates of a deceased person/ marital estates. This has given us
