Our department for intellectual property is made up of personnel with long experience from various areas of intellectual law, both from the regulatory side and as advisors.

Problems to be addressed in this area of law can be exemplified as follows:

• Application for registration of brand name, company name, design, patent and domain name
• Dispute resolution and litigation concerning brand name, company name, design, patent and domain name, copy rights, business secrets and other legal rights concerning intellectual property
• Cases related to the marketing law, hereunder the limits for legal marketing, business ethics, exploitation of business secrets etc.
• Drafting, quality control, negotiations and dispute resolution related to intellectual property contracts
• Auditing of intellectual property (IPR auditing/ IPR management), hereunder the development of a strategy as to how the businesses may handle this in a purposeful and cost-efficient manner.
