Dispute resolution and litigation

Our litigation department is internally called the dispute resolution group. We attempt to achieve amicable settlements where this is possible and in the client's interest.

In some cases, however, litigation or arbitration is necessary. Out litigation lawyers work closely with the relevant departments so that the best possible result is obtained by combining knowledge and experience in litigation with expertise in the area of law concerned. Our dispute resolution department covers all areas of business law, and has considerable expertise in cases concerning white collar crime. The group's lawyers continuously litigate large and small cases, both in local courts and arbitration courts. Eight of our lawyers are admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court
