Steenstrup Stordrange gives legal assistance to and represents a long list of significant parties within the building and construction industry. Our construction law practice group, which ensures the firm's strong priority area within this market, is represented in all the firm's offices. The practice group consists of enthusiastic and skilful lawyers with a long and broad experience within all types of construction law tasks.

We assist several nationwide contracting companies, leading regional supplier companies, and medium-sized craftsman's businesses. We have for many years had permanent cooperation with various trade associations concerning training seminars and legal assistance to member firms. We regularly also assist significant building owners, among others, property and development companies, municipalities and health companies, but also smaller development companies and private individuals.

Our assistance covers all legal aspects of the building process, such as risk management, planning of contract structure, drafting and preparation of contracts, contract negotiations and current assistance during the construction work. We also handle all possible adjoining issues in connection with the building project, such as public procurement, permits, planning and building legislation and neighbouring issues. 

If there should arise a conflict in the contractual relationship, we have several skilful litigation lawyers which can assist during the negotiations concerning final settlement, conciliation, arbitration and court proceedings.

Steenstrup Stordrange attaches importance to a strong academic foundation, and our lawyers are therefore active when it comes to writing of articles and holding of training seminars. We offer several seminars in construction law.
